Also, all delivery orders in the METRO area must be submitted no later than 3:30pm to guarantee same-day delivery. Same-day delivery orders in all other areas must be submitted by 12pm.

Normal Delivery Hours: Monday - Sunday, 1 pm - 7 pm (Delivery Times may fall outside of normal delivery hours dependent upon demand). -All orders placed before 12pm will receive a call between 12pm & 1pm to schedule delivery time. -All metro orders placed between 12pm & 3:30pm will receive a call between 4pm & 5pm to schedule delivery time.

Reward Points – You may accrue reward points for your delivery orders, but points can only be redeemed by visiting our dispensary in Oakland or San Jose. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders can be placed up until 12 NOON for delivery the same day. Deliveries within our 'Metro' area can be placed by 3:30pm for same day delivery. For Delivery, $100 Online order Minimum, $50 minimum if within Metro areas (see map). Pick Up orders at Oakland have no order minimum.
When your delivery is arranged over the phone, you will be given a one hour delivery window, within our overall delivery schedule.

Delivery Rules and Procedures
Drivers carry no change. Cash payment must be exact change or more. We encourage money orders, cashier's checks, and Debit/ATM cards. Please Note: We're currently unable to accept Credit cards. NOTE: Patients paying with a Debit/ATM Card for the first time on their Delivery order should also have cash (exact change) on hand in the event that your card does not swipe or we are unable to establish a connection from our terminal to the server due to bad reception in your area.
Abuse of the service or our staff will result in denial of service.
Driver carries no product other than your order; order must be final when you click 'submit'.
We will only deliver in daylight hours.
Driver vehicles have security cameras and are tracked via GPS through security headquarters.
Drivers retain the right to refuse service to anyone.
Maximum order is 2 ounces or 16 concentrates or 20 edibles or an equal combination of those items/quantities.
Pre-rolled joints are limited to 5 per patient order.
We will only deliver to a residence, your work or hotel where you are checked in. Addresses and contact #'s will be verified.
Our drivers will not be in uniform or in a marked car. Drivers are randomly and anonymously followed by our trained safety personnel to ensure best practices.
Deliveries are packaged in discreet paper bags.
Driver will call with a one-hour delivery window by 1pm on the day of delivery.
Orders are delivered between 1pm and 7pm. We will do everything to accommodate desired delivery times, but cannot always promise we will be available for requested windows.
PLEASE NOTE: On the specified day of your delivery, you will be contacted by the driver approximately 45 minutes prior to delivery to confirm you will be available at your delivery location to receive your delivery. If you are UNABLE to be at the delivery location at the time of your delivery, your delivery will be pushed to the next available delivery day.
