From the Patient ID Center:
South on Broadway 0.7 miles (street numbers go down). Pass under freeway overpass. Turn left onto 880-South.

From 880 South:
Take 16th Ave. exit. At top of ramp, turn left on Embarcadero. Go 1/4 mile to curve in road. HHC is the one-story brick building on the left.

From 880 North :
Take 5th Ave./Embarcadero exit. At bottom of ramp, go left under freeway. At first stop sign, turn left. Continue 1/2 mile. HHC is the one-story brick building on the left.

From 880 North:
Take Montague Expressway exit (East). From 880 South: Take 2nd off ramp onto Montague Expressway (East). Go about one mile. Turn right onto Trade Zone Blvd. Take 1st right onto Ringwood Ave. Go about 1/2 mile, and we are on the left!

From 680 N:
Take the Hostetter Rd. exit. Turn left off of exit onto Hostetter Rd. Go about one mile. Road turns into Murphy Ave. Go about 1/4 mile. Turn right onto Ringwood Ave. Go about one mile, and we are on the right!

From 680 S:
Take the Landess Ave / Montague Expressway exit. Take 1st off ramp onto Montague Expressway (West). Go about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Trade Zone Blvd. Take 1st right onto Ringwood Ave. Go about 1/2 mile, and we are on the left!
